Email Nottinghamshire County Council & ask them to divest their pension funds from fossil fuel companies

This is a simple quick way that you can write to the leader of the County Council, Ben Bradley,  about the £155 million stlll invested in FOSSIL FUELS by the Nottinghamshire Local Government Pension Fund (administered by the County Council)

Currently the Pension Fund has £155m invested in fossil fuel companies. Incredibly it has no targets for reducing the carbon footprint of its investments. It is not aligned with limiting global warming to 1.5°C, or anything even close.

Nottinghamshire Pension Fund must adopt ambitious climate targets to keep 1.5° alive.

On the eve COP 26 and before the next Pension Fund Committee on 4th November, Divest Notts is trying to get 300 emails sent demanding action. So please share this message with everyone who might agree to take part
